First Trimester: 5 - 12 Weeks

Congratulations you gorgeous mama! We are so happy to have you here. This collection of Sotos include a combination of classes I filmed while in my second trimester (the week count is noted in both the title and the description) and the Sotos that I took during this time that felt good for my body.

The great news about the first trimester is that no modifications are needed yet! However, the fatigue and nausea during this period of time are profound. If working-out is not in the cards, not only do I respect this choice, but I encourage it. There were many days where my tush didn’t leave my couch or desk…and on these days…if I could muster the energy…I would get in a quick 5 min arms from the express class section. But, there were some wonderful mornings where I woke-up feeling like myself and craved a 40 min sweat. Don’t forget, the only thing you are responsible for is listening to your body and following suit. I hope this collection of classes empower you to move when you can, and recover when you need to.
