First Trimester: Early Days of Pregnancy & Gentle Sotos
Whether you found out you were pregnant at week 3 (like me) or prefer gentler Sotos...this program is for you.
I found out I was pregnant right at the 3-week marker after using fertility treatments to help me & my husband start our family. During this time, I was simultaneously overjoyed and extremely anxious, as much can change in the first weeks after initial conception. This collection of classes includes Sotos that offer low-impact cardio & no-core flows, as I operated from a place of caution in the beginning. For the videos I filmed while early in my pregnancy, I note how far along I am in both the title and description.
You know your body best and during the first trimester you can absolutely rely on your favorite Sotos, inclusive of cardio and core, as no modifications are needed during this time. But for those that want a gentler workout, this is here for you.
Warning: Please check with your doctor before starting any new work-out program. This program is intended as general information and may not be suited to your specific situation.
