1. Flow: Arms + Legs as Cardio + Barre Legs + R Glute (side series) + L Inner Thigh + L Glute + R Inner Thigh + Breathing
2. Equipment: Light weights (I am using 1lbs ankle weights as my wrist weights) and a chair
3. Since finding out the news that I am pregnant, I am now pre & postnatal certified - so this class is safe for my mamas.
