Second Trimester

Second Trimester

Congratulations beautiful, you are officially in your second trimester! Best part of this news? The first trimester is done, and hopefully that means your energy levels are increasing and the nausea is starting to improve.

As we move along in our pregnancy, the two big changes we will make to our work-outs now are 1) No more traditional abs on back & planking and 2) We will modify our cardio blocks as needed. However, we will still engage and activate the core through standing abs and 360 breathing.

Like in any stage of pregnancy, listen to what your body needs. This collection of classes includes Sotos that offer no abs on back or planking flows. For the videos I filmed while pregnant, I note how far along I am in the description.

We will be adding videos in real-time to this category as I am currently 19 weeks pregnant at this point in time! Every week we will have new flows and new breathing exercises. Grateful for this community because moving with you is definitely holding me accountable!

Warning: Please check with your doctor before starting any new work-out program. . This video is intended as general information and may not be suited to your specific situation.
