Day 1 - What is Soto & Your first class!
Welcome to Soto! We cannot thank you enough for your time!
In this first class, we stack an Arm and Leg section together for a 10 minute burn. As we move, I will explain what Soto is and how it works!

Day 2 - 25 Min Sculpt: Your first full-body Soto!*
Welcome to your second Soto!
Flow for today: Cardio - Arms - Legs - Glute (Bridge Series) - Abs on Back
Equipment: Light set of weights (I am using 1 lbs)In every single Soto - we list out the flow of class in the description so you know exactly what to expect.

Day 3 - 35 or 40 Min Sweat: Your first 2 cardio class!**
Flow for today: Cardio - Arms - Legs - Cardio - Left Glute (side series) - Right Glute (side series) - Abs on Back - Planking (optional)
