2. Flow: Right Side Series (working legs, glutes and obliques) + Left Side Series
3. Equipment: Chair/Flat Surface + Ankle Weights
4. Since finding out the news that I am pregnant, I am now pre & postnatal certified - so this class is safe for my mamas.
