Introducing the Week-by-Week Pregnancy Program - I built this program during my own 38-week twin pregnancy - documenting every class I took so that each workout meets you where you are, when you’re there.
Our goals, deliver:
Trust
Each week features a class where I was exactly as pregnant as you are now. It mattered to me that these workouts weren’t just “pregnancy-safe” in theory—I needed to know how it felt to move at each stage so I could build something that reflects what your body (and mind) need.
Approachability
Every week includes the 3 classes I did...sometimes once, other times on repeat. The key was feeling like I could start—because when something feels manageable, we show up. This program eliminates that barrier so you can focus on doing, not doubting.
Consistency
Consistency is rooted in adapting to what’s possible. As James Clear puts it: "In theory, consistency is about being disciplined, determined, and unwavering. In practice, consistency is about being adaptable." This program is built with that in mind (Enter: A new 5 Min Express class every week) —you’ll move, you’ll progress, and you’ll feel the difference.
Adaptability
This is more than a pregnancy series—it’s a roadmap to the whole app. The program includes 108 unique classes, plus an extra 9 “No-Core” workouts for when modifications are key. Soto has 500+ classes, and I’ll guide you through how to modify any of them to fit your pregnancy.
My key takeaway since giving birth 4 weeks ago: Pregnancy & Postpartum are unpredictable—your workouts don’t have to be.
