We are so excited to finally launch Soto’s Pre & Postnatal Program! The program is organized by trimester as we wanted to deliver classes that honor the way you feel and provide the modifications you need as your body goes on this journey. As I am currently 19 weeks pregnant, we will be building this program in real-time. And, I am pre & postnatal certified, so we have selected & filmed Sotos that put your safety at the forefront.
