Postpartum Part I

Postpartum Part I

This program is designed to help you stay committed to your recovery in the earliest weeks postpartum.

The focus here is on two seemingly simple things: walking and breathing. Walking has been shown to support circulation, reduce postpartum swelling, and even improve mood—just 10 minutes a day can make a meaningful difference. And our breathing exercises are designed to gently reawaken and reconnect to your deep core muscles safely, laying the foundation for strength without strain.

Our goal is to help you take your first breaths and steps as a new mom, gently and without pressure.

During my own recovery, I craved a cocoon—a space that felt safe and quiet. Sometimes, even talking felt like too much. That’s why these sessions are intentionally simple and grounding. You don’t need to prove anything—you just need support as you begin again.

Your job is to take care of your new baby. Our job is to take care of you.

Postpartum Program: Part II launches May 27—designed to help you rebuild strength and endurance once you’ve been cleared by your doctor and feel ready to return to movement.
