Welcome Gorgeous! If this is your first class with us, thank you, truly, for giving us your time. I don’t take that lightly. Time is the real luxury, and Soto was built to honor it.
These two intro classes are designed to do three things clearly: explain what Soto is, how it works, and why it’s different.
You get to choose your entry point:
30-Minute No-Cardio Sculpt: A full-body workout with no cardio components.
or
35-Minute 1-Cardio Sweat: The same structure, with one intentional cardio block layered in.
Different formats. Same philosophy.
Before Soto, I spent ten years in the corporate world. Long days. A desk job where standing felt like a luxury, let alone walking. I needed results that were tangible, not abstract, not aspirational, not “trust the process” someday results. Real change I could feel in my body and clarity I could feel in my mind.
Soto was built from that need.
Every class is structured, efficient, and purposeful, so you’re never guessing what you’re doing or why you’re doing it. We remove friction. We remove noise. We give you a system you can return to.
No matter which class you choose, you’ll leave understanding who we are, how we think, and how to use this method to build consistency that actually sticks.
